What is boiler plate?

Boiler sheets are the type of steel plate used in the manufacture of boilers, as you can understand from the name. They are generally used in the internal structures of boilers. Boiler steels that are suitable for use under high temperature and pressure are used in the manufacture of boiler sheets, pressure vessels and boilers due to their excellent forming and weldability properties. Continuous operation up to approximately 450 °C and wall temperatures up to 450 °C possible. Boiler sheets are steel resistant to pressure. Commercial grade steels start with the S quality nomenclature, such as S235JR, and boiler sheets are P group steels. P235GH quality .P265GH quality, P355GH quality, 16M03 Quality P295GH Quality, P355NH Quality, P355NL1 quality.

Only Erdemir produces P235GH Quality Boiler Sheets in Turkey. P235GH Quality steel sheets are 6335 quality, corresponding to Erdemir quality.
