What is Painted Trapeze?

It is the form of galvanized or painted products as corrugated ridge. Painted trapeze is produced with a special painting technology obtained from high-strength, galvanized thin steel sheet or aluminum, as painted and directly without painting. Painted trapezoidal sheets form the basis of the self-supporting roof and facade cladding systems of hall-style structures.

The multi-layer coating system on the galvanized base material provides the highest level of corrosion protection. It also increases the surface resistance by providing the opportunity to choose the most suitable aesthetic appearance with its wide coating color options.

Usage Areas and Advantages

This single-layer rectangular cladding would be a good answer for industrial, agricultural or warehouse buildings that do not require thermal insulation. However, it is possible to use it in areas where it is needed due to changes in indoor and outdoor temperature values (condensation). It does not cause problems in cases where the performance of the building will not be interfered with. Apart from these, it is frequently used in gyms.

For thermally insulated halls, generally, a double-walled roof-connected grease wall covering made of higher and lower rectangular plates with an insulated secondary load bearing system (galvanized profiles) between them is applied. Deciding on the most important applicable method characteristics of the facade structure (insulation and substrate type, structural thickness, etc.) requires specific, careful temperature and wetness analysis. 38-151 Trapeze Form

The 38/151 trapezoidal form is the ideal form for mid-span purlins. It can be produced in different thicknesses and colors from 0.50 to 1 mm, with or without paint, with galvanized sheet or aluminum coilcoating system. The net coverage area is 906 mm.

40-245 Trapeze Form

The trapezoidal form 40/245 is one of the most cost-effective forms for the roof. It can be produced in different thicknesses and colors between 0.50 – 1 mm, with or without paint, with galvanized sheet or aluminum coilcoating system. The net coverage area is 980 mm.

55-300 Trapeze Form

The 55/300 trapezoidal form is the most suitable form for wide openings and heavy loads on roofs. It can be produced in different thicknesses and colors between 0.50 – 1 mm, painted or unpainted, with galvanized sheet or aluminum coilcoating system. The net coverage area is 900 mm.

56-180 Trapeze Form

The 56/180 trapezoidal form is suitable for wide openings and heavy loads on roofs. It can be produced in different thicknesses and colors between 0.50 – 1 mm, with or without paint, with galvanized sheet or aluminum coilcoating system. The net coverage area is 720 or 900 mm.
